Your video meeting starts when you or any co-teacher joins. Tip: If you add or remove co-teachers from your class, their host status automatically updates. To get a new Meet link to replace the outdated one, upgrade your link. Outdated links won't work as intended and might let students become the host. You can upgrade all outdated links or one link at a time. If your Meet link is outdated, you might get a message to upgrade it.

Next to the Meet link, tap More Remove.

The old link won't be associated with the class but will be available as an independent meeting space. When you remove a Meet link, students won't be able to access it in that class. The old link won't be associated with the class but will be available as an independent meeting space.

Use a computer rather than a mobile device.If you have issues with the link, you can reset it and get a new one.

Copy the file link from your mobile browser tap Add link to attach it.

The update might not work on some older devices, but you can choose another option:

For instructions, go to Update your Android version. When you tap the Drive icon, you’ll be asked to update your device. To check which version of Android your device uses, go to Check your Android version. Attach Drive files with earlier versions of Android Classroom makes a copy of the file to attach to your post and saves the copy to the class Drive folder. Note: If you see a message that you don’t have permission to attach a file, tap Copy. You can’t post an attachment without a message.

Select the Menu Remove as display image.

On the right of the image thumbnail, tap the Menu Set as display image.

Tip: When images and gifs are attached, a large version of the first one attached appears on your post as a display image.

(Optional) To write notes or draw images on the PDF, go to Write notes on your work.

On the Stream page, tap Announce something to your class. If you don’t see Announce something to your class, a teacher turned off permissions to post.

On the Stream page, tap Share with your class.

Note: If your teacher mutes you, you can’t post, comment, or reply to comments. If you don't want to post in the class stream, you can send a private comment to your teacher on an assignment or question.
